Who it is for
You hold a degree and nobody calls you back. You move from one internship to the next without ever landing a contract. You can do things you cannot prove on a CV. Talent Track is built for people aged 21 to 30, from any field, ready to spend six weeks inside a company.
What you will be able to do
Diagnose a real problem inside an organisation and put forward a solution you can defend. Hold a professional interview without reciting a learned script. Work in a team you did not choose. Present your work to a decision-maker in five minutes. Use the digital tools your sector expects. Negotiate your pay. Build a portfolio of evidence that replaces the cover letter.
What you take away
A documented portfolio of evidence: three deliverables produced in real conditions, a written recommendation from your host company, and a two-minute professional presentation on video.
How it runs
| Weeks | Objective | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Know yourself: strengths, values, blind spots | Personal review and written career plan |
| 3–4 | Communicate: in writing, out loud, in meetings | Two-minute pitch, filmed and corrected |
| 5–6 | Solve: diagnosis and decision method | Case study on a real organisation |
| 7–12 | Produce: placement in a partner company | Three deliverables signed off by your tutor |
Weeks 7 to 12 take place inside the company, with a classroom return every Friday for the group review.
Your facilitators
Professionals still in post: recruiters, project managers, company directors. All of them still practise the trade they teach. You meet the team supporting you during the opening week.
Funding
The Income Share Agreement lets you start without paying anything up front. You contribute only once you have found paid work, over a limited period and with a ceiling. Without a job, you owe nothing. Other arrangements are discussed at interview.
Admission
- You apply online, fifteen minutes
- You take a reasoning and motivation test, remotely
- You meet a panel member for an interview
- You receive your answer by email
Applications are open continuously. We form a cohort as soon as the group is complete and give you the start date when you are admitted.
Frequently asked
Do I need a particular degree? No. We select on motivation and reasoning, not on your field of study.
Are the six weeks in the company paid? That depends on the host company. We tell you before you are placed.
Can I work alongside the programme? The first six weeks call for part-time attendance. The next six are full time inside the company.
What happens if I do not find a job? You stay in the alumni network and you get access to the openings shared by our partner companies. Under the ISA, you owe nothing.
