Our method

Four steps, from diagnosis to measurement.

  1. Diagnosis

    We spend time with your teams. Interviews, observation of roles, a reading of your existing HR data. You leave with a map of the skills in place and the gaps to close.

  2. Design

    We build the programme with you, never for you. Objectives, sequences, expected deliverables, success criteria — all written and agreed before the first session.

  3. Delivery

    Ten per cent theory, ninety per cent practice, on your own cases. Every sequence produces something usable in your organisation the next day.

  4. Measurement

    We measure what we said we would measure, on the agreed dates. The closing report names what moved, what did not, and what remains.
