Startup Studio & Incubation

From idea to deployment.

We support founders from the first sketch to their first users. Ninety per cent practice, ten per cent theory, rooted in African realities. More than fifty ventures supported so far.

Our method

From idea to deployment, step by step.

  1. Frame

We start from the resources you already hold, not the means you lack. Skills, network, time available — and the problem you claim to solve.

  2. Prototype

A usable version within weeks, tested with real users. We look for what breaks early, while fixing it is still cheap.

  3. Confront

The field decides. You go and find your first users, take their objections, and rework the model until it stands.

  4. Deploy

Business model, partners, first operations. You leave the studio with a venture that runs without us — or clear reasons to stop.

The mentor network

Support anchored in eight fields of expertise.

Every venture is followed by practitioners, each rooted in their field.

  • Transformational leadership

  • Human-centred design

  • Frugal innovation

  • Entrepreneurship and value creation

  • Digital skills

  • Applied artificial intelligence

  • Organisational transformation

  • Governance and public policy

The mentor following your venture is introduced at the admission interview, with their background and the ventures they have supported.
