Our method

Ten per cent theory. Ninety per cent practice.

That ratio is not a slogan, it is a design constraint. Every session ends in a real deliverable. Agile work placement puts the learner into production in week one rather than leaving them to observe. Our facilitators still practise the trade they teach, and the cases we work on are African.

Our methodological frame is effectuation, after Saras Sarasvathy. Five principles guide every engagement.

    Start from the resources you already hold, rather than waiting for ideal means.

    Move by measured bets, never beyond what you can afford to lose.

  • Crazy Quilt

    Build with your stakeholders rather than persuading them alone.

  • Pilot-in-the-plane

    Do not predict the future — make it. Decisions, not market trends, bring into being what did not exist.

With the Income Share Agreement on the Ubuntu Talent Track, training no longer depends on what you can afford today, but on the job it lets you land. Without a job, you owe nothing.
