We recruit on motivation and reasoning, not on your field of study. Tell us who you are, where you stand and what you want to change. The panel replies within ten working days.

Four steps, nothing hidden.
You submit your file
Four steps online, about fifteen minutes. Your entries are kept in your browser, so you can come back to them.
You take a test remotely
An exercise in reasoning and motivation, with nothing to revise. We are looking at how you think, not at your diplomas.
You meet the panel
An interview with a panel member, in person or remotely. It is also when you put your own questions to us.
You get your answer
Within ten working days of the interview, by email. Funding, including the ISA, is settled at that point.
Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu.
